1. Introduction
At Envision Digital Business Solutions (“We”, “Our” or “Us”), we are committed to providing high-quality creative and strategic services. Due to the customized and consultative nature of our work, all payments are considered final and non-refundable once the initial consultation has taken place.
By engaging our services and participating in a consultation, the Client (“You” or “Your”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
2. Non-Refundable After Consultation
Once an initial consultation is conducted — whether in person, online, or by phone — planning, resource allocation, and internal work begin immediately.
As a result, any fees paid after the consultation are strictly non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

Strategic planning and consultation time

Creative ideation or concept development

Time spent in meetings, communication, or project coordination

Any work in progress or completed deliverables

Third-party expenses (e.g., ad spend, licensed stock, paid tools)
4. Cancellations by the Client
If you choose to cancel a project after the initial consultation, you remain responsible for 100% of the agreed-upon fees.
No refunds will be issued for time already invested or resources already committed.
Notice Requirement:
Written cancellation must be submitted at least five (5) business days before any major milestone, deliverable, or scheduled production.
Failure to do so may result in additional charges to cover costs already incurred.
5. Cancellations by Us (the Agency)
Envision Digital Business Solutions reserves the right to cancel a project in rare cases such as scope misalignment, internal scheduling conflicts, or other unavoidable business reasons.
If cancellation is necessary:

We will provide the Client with at least five (5) business days’ written notice, whenever feasible.

The Client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including consultations, planning, and deliverables.

Any unused portion of the upfront payment, after deducting fees for work completed and non-recoverable expenses, will be refunded to the Client.

Non-recoverable third-party expenses (such as licensing fees, ad spend, or other costs already incurred) will be charged to the Client.

We will provide the Client with all completed work up to the cancellation date.
6. Refund Requests (Exceptional Cases Only)
While we do not offer standard refunds, we understand that exceptional cases may arise. You may submit a formal refund request including:

A clear explanation of the reason for the request

Important: Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Supporting documentation may be required to evaluate the situation.
7. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed within ten (10) business days from the approval date.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, unless otherwise arranged.
8. Policy Acknowledgment
By using our services and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy.
